It's finally that time of year - hockey season!
The Pittsburgh Penguins battle it out on the ice against the New York Rangers in Week 5 of the regular season on Tuesday, November 11 at 7:00 p.m. EST at the legendary Madison Square Garden in NYC. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Tuesday night hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Following the first few opening weeks of the 2014 regular season, the Penguins snag the impressive No. 1 spot in Pierre LeBrun's official NHL power rankings for ESPN.com with a 10-2-1 winning record:
"Make it seven wins in a row for the NHL's highest-scoring team. Sidney Crosby is feasting on the lowly Sabres this season, to the tune of eight assists in two games against the NHL's worst team."
Meanwhile, the Rangers currently hold the No. 22 spot (out of 30 total teams) with a 6-6-2 record. According to LeBrun:
"Brutal weekend for the Blueshirts with losses in Toronto (where they blew a lead) and at home to lowly Edmonton. Double ouch."
The game will be broadcasted live on local channels ROOT and MSG, but fans can also listen in on the radio at 105.9 The X, WNIO, KTUI-FM, and ESPN NY.
