Former "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" reality star K. Michelle slammed old co-star, Benzino for his rant regarding his firing from the hit VH1 show.
The singer told Wetpaint Entertainment that the rapper and his fiancée, Althea Heart's firing was justified, "I thought Benzino was wilding. I mean, they were boring as sh*t to me, so it is what it is," she added, "There were reasons they were let go that I'm not at liberty to say, and he deserved that, to be let go. It was a serious situation."
In response to the celebrity's comments, the former reality star decided to respond through his own magazine publication, Hip Hop Weekly.
"K. Michelle came on the show ["Love and Hip Hop Atlanta"] in season one and made up a story about being beat up, which is a lie, which came out in her deposition in the case with her former boyfriend. The show did record numbers this past season after she left. We broke ratings records without K. Michelle!" he continued, "If anything was boring, it was her involvement with the New York cast last season; you barely knew that she was even there. She better hope that her new show does better numbers than that VH1 special they did on her that basically flopped!"
Benzino insinuated that the show's creator, Mona Scott Young has favorites and continues to show that through her work, "In my opinion, it's unprofessional to be the leader of a company and take sides and show favoritism when it clearly was the whole case, not just one person, that has made 'Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,' so successful."
