It was always really hard to tell Mary Kate Olsen and her twin sister Ashley apart. So hard, in fact, that they shared a role on television show Full House. But now it's clearly evident who is who, with some speculating that MK got some work done. The twins recently attended the 2014 World of Children Awards ceremony in New York City on November 6. Check out the photos below and judge for yourself:

Mary Kate is on the left and Ashley is on the right. Looking noticeably different than her twin, Mary Kate had a more androgynous style than usual when the sisters posed together on the red carpet. According to Entertainment Tonight, people are even saying she pulled a Renée Zellweger (referring to the actress' dramatically different look this past month).

It definitely looks like the star had some cosmetic work done, though we are not sure exactly what she did. There is even speculation that Mary Kate may be pregnant. If you look closely, you can see a little bulge in her bulky jacket. That may be the reason why her facial features look so different. Some women, when pregnant, experience some facial changes due to hormones and weight fluctuations.
