Celebrating his victories from the 2012 London Olympics, Team U.S.A. swimmer Ryan Lochte spent a long party weekend in Las Vegas, eventually meeting up with Prince Harry of Whales at a pool party at the exclusive XS Nightclub where he was challenged to a swim-off (at 3 a.m.).
