'Honey Boo Boo' Child Sex Bombshell: "Mama" June Gives First Interview, Admits To Seeing Daughter's Child Molester!

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star "Mama" June Shannon has been blasted the past few weeks since she started seeing her ex-boyfriend Mark McDaniel again (after he got out of prison for molesting her then-8-year-old daughter Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell). Her first sit-down interview with Entertainment Tonight hasn't helped matters much.

"I have nothing to hide, I have nothing to lose," Mama June said. "I just want, honestly, to tell my side of the story and let's move on."

According to the reality star, she has only seen the sex offender twice since he got out of prison. Once was just an accident and the other was for her daughter, Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon, to get closure and to know he is not her father.

"Since two months to almost six years, [Pumpkin] knew nobody but him," the TLC star told ET. "She was starting to resent Anna and she was starting to ask me questions. I can't answer those questions for Pumpkin."

"I was sitting right there with twelve other people," she said about the second meeting. "It was a conversation that she wanted her answers: what happened, why did he leave, you know, if he was her real father. He admitted to her, no. I had already told her that but, you know, she wanted to hear from both sides of the story."

As MStars News reported, it's been a quick fall from grace for the reality stars with their network TLC cancelling the hit series after TMZ released photos of Mama June's meetings with the child sexual abuser.

In an appearance on HLN's Dr. Drew On Call, the victim, Anna, revealed her molester may be Pumpkin's father, "[Mark] was supposed to be [Pumpkin's] so-called father or whatever it is."
