The 4-part episodic horror survival title Resident Evil: Revelations 2 has a release date set for Feb. 2015, but this week we were treated to an extended look at some of the exciting gameplay! When watching the 10 minutes of footage, gamers that enjoyed earlier RE scares are sure to enjoy the gameplay, but also appreciate the updated feel of the game.

As Gamma Squad explains, the classic scares that gamers are used to in from this franchise are still prevalent, but updated controls make for better gameplay. Comparing the story to familiar plots from the original games, we can see how nostalgic gamers will surely love this new title.
