Country singer Carrie Underwood is getting bigger by the month as she's almost ready to give birth to her first baby this spring. People magazine caught up exclusively with the "Something in the Water" singer's personal trainer Erin Oprea, who revealed a few exercises perfect for the pregnant ladies!

Sumo Squat

"First one, we're going to go into a sumo-squat," Oprea demonstrates. "You're going to take your legs wide, slightly point your toes out, you're going to sit all the way down into a good squat, come up half-way keeping that tension on the front of your legs and now raise your arms into a front V raise."

Make sure you breath the entire time, Oprea explains, and If you can't go down all the way, don't sweat it.

Ankle Weight: Side Step

The next move Oprea uses involves an ankle band where she has Underwood do side steps while lifting weights.

"It's a small movement, you just want to step about an inch and then you want to curl with it," she says.

Remember to stay low during this exercise and add in weights to keep your arms sexy and toned.

Bird Dog

The last exercise Oprea demonstrates is called the "bird dog," which is something you can do throughout your entire pregnancy.

"You want to take you opposite arm, opposite leg extend it straight out and get a good squeeze through your bottom," she says.

Aim for 15 to 20 on each side and repeat three times.

As MStars News reported, Oprea has said that Carrie just wanted to be healthy during her pregnancy. She eats good and continues her workouts regularly, even revealing that they do, "A lot of planks, jumping rope and we still do lots of weights."
