Kendall Jenner Talks Parents, Kris and Bruce Jenner Divorce: 'It Sucked'

Divorce is never easy, and to Kendall Jenner it just plain sucks. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and the new face of Estée Lauder, opens up to Nightline's Juju Chen about her parents' publicized split.

"It sucked," the 19-year-old fashion model said. "But it's not — I try to think of it as it's not the worst thing that could have happened."

Kris and Bruce Jenner were married for 22 years and have two children together, Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Kris has four children from her previous marriage with O.J. Simpson lawyer Robert Kardashian; Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Rob. Bruce also has four kids; Burt, Casey, Brandon and Brody Jenner.

"I still am so close with both my dad and my mom. Nothing has really changed; except for the fact that now my dad lives on a beach, which is awesome. That's not that bad ... everybody's happy."

But what has played out in the media of her family's divorce is something different then what she describes to Chang.

"If you just ignore it and go on and you're like, 'I know what's real. My family, my friends, they know what's real.' So what does that matter?"

The divorce has brought headlines that allege Bruce of now dating Kris's best friend Rhonda. "During recent filming with Kris, the two argued about Bruce spending time with Ronda," as Mstars News reported. "It came out of nowhere, and Bruce immediately realized he had been set up. Kris is making a big deal of their friendship for the show."
