It's finally that time of year - hockey season!
The Tampa Bay Lightning battle it out on the ice against the New York Islanders in Week 6 of the regular season on Tuesday, November 18 at 7:00 p.m. EST at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Tuesday evening hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Following the first few opening weeks of the 2014 regular season, the Lightning snag the impressive No. 4 spot in Pierre LeBrun's official NHL power rankings for ESPN.com with an 13-4-2 winning record:
"How deep are the Lightning at forward? Deep enough to make rookie Jonathan Drouin a healthy scratch, that's how deep."
Meanwhile, the Islanders currently hold the No. 9 spot (out of 30 total teams) with an 11-6-0 record. As LeBrun points out:
"How about Johnny Boychuk since arriving in Long Island from the Bruins just before the season? Try 12 points (2-10) in 16 games."
The game will be broadcasted live on local channels MSG+ and SunS, but fans can also listen in on the radio at 620 WDAE, WGN, 99.9 The Fan, and WRHU.
