MTV Diem Brown Tribute By Chris "CT" Tamburello: 'Real World/Road Rules Challenge' Star Calls Late Girlfriend "Love Of My Life"! [Instagram Photo]

MTV fans are still reeling over the death of Real World/Road Rules Challenge star Diem Brown after a long battle with cancer. One of those in mourning is her on again, off again boyfriend Chris "CT" Tamburello whose relationship with Diem has been documented in front of cameras for years.

In a touching post on Instagram, the MTV star put up a photo of Diem's face next to some rosary beads and a ring. It was included with the caption, "You have always been My Angel. And now you have your wings. We've been thru so much over the years. Thru the ups and downs we somehow managed to keep our promise. We never gave up on each other."

As MStars News reported, CT posted a photo of him asleep next to Diem holding her hand in September with the caption, "Sometimes just being there for someone can be the difference between a good and bad day."

It was just in August when Diem collapsed while filming a new season of The Challenge. She was airlifted to New York, where she was diagnosed with colon cancer.

After years of battling different types of cancer, the reality star died Friday, Nov. 14 at the age of 32. As reported by People, many of her family and friends attended her NYC funeral on Nov. 18, with Trisha Yearwood performing a song as a tribute.
