Lil Fizz's ex, Amanda Secor, seems to be doing better these days after things on the VH1 show Love & Hip Hop Hollywood went crazy for her. Secor came on the show as a girlfriend but left as an ex and an enemy to her former boyfriend's baby mama Moniece Slaughter.
In a new interview with The Jasmine Brand, Secor reveals how the show has had some positives even though their are a lot of negatives.
On her entire experience being on the show, Secor admits that it has helped her brand:
"It's definitely been a drastic change in my life and a little overwhelming, but I've been able to get my brand out there and show the world a little bit of who I am."
Secor claims she's a private person and says that her relationship with Fizz was public during their time on the show. Fans may wonder if the change had anything to do with their breakup.
"Oh, my God, I was so nervous about it. I'm a very private person and I keep my relationship private because it's personal. It was so hard letting cameras into your life and magnifying all the little problems you have in a relationship," she said.
Secor reflected on the good times and revealed how she met the former B2K singer:
"We actually met outside of a Best Buy. I was going in to get my phone and he came and talked to me. I didn't even know who he was or who Lil Fizz was. I actually thought that we had gone to school together because his face looked so familiar. But then he ended up telling me that he was in a group, B2K, and I went home a Googled it. I found out he was in this group."
Though the couple are now finished, they still have to figure out how to manage their clothing line together.
Secor said, "We are currently not together anymore. We do have a clothing line together, so I guess we're trying to figure out our working relationship."
She also explained that she had already told Fizz that she cheated on him before the cameras started to role:
"It happened before we started filming. I'm sure everyone knows my boyfriend of five years passed away when we first met and Dru was there for me when I was going through a really hard time in my life. You know, we got really close and I was just really confused. I was mourning the death of my boyfriend and trying to accept Dru and all of his love, Cameron, Moniece and all that he came with. I was just really confused and I made a mistake but the whole breakfast thing happened during filming."
When it comes to the subject of Fizz's baby mama, Moniece, Amanda claims she was shocked the two women got in an altercation:
"Of course, I was extremely surprised! I don't think that any woman should be hit like that and it didn't even cross my mind that Moniece would even do something like that. She claims to be a business woman and a mother. It didn't even occur to me that someone would behave like that, especially because I hadn't done anything to her."
She also said that since the breakup, Moniece is MIA: "Well, because me and Dru are no longer together, her presence is irrelevant to my life. But she's clearly obsessed with me. She's constantly posting things on Instagram and Twitter about me. So I don't know what her problem is, I don't know why she is so mad at me."
MStars News has been keeping up with the rumors that Secor has been seeing Oakland Raiders star Jonathan Dowling, who just had a daughter a couple months ago and was rumored to be cheating with Secor, as fans thought he was "Mr. Miami."
Secor clears the air finally and said, "We're not dating, we're friends. We're friends for right now but we're not dating at the moment."
So does that mean they were dating or want to date but can't because of his current situtation? MStars News wants to know what you think. Comment below!
