MLB Star, Andrew McCutchen aka "Cutch" Marries Maria Hanslovan Over The Weekend After Ellen DeGeneres Proposal [PHOTOS & VIDEOS]

Looks like Pittsburgh Pirates center fielder Andrew McCutchen is now a married man. MStars News has learned that the MLB star married his girlfriend, Maria Hanslovan, after asking her to marry him on the Ellen Show just one year ago.

According to the newlyweds wedding private registry the couple said, "I do," over the weekend on November, 22 in Pittsburgh, PA.

TMZ Sports claims that the newlyweds chose the date because that's McCutchen's jersey number. (check it out below)

Last year on The Ellen Show, with Andrew having just won the National League MVP award, the player asked his girlfriend of four years to marry him. Looking nervous he said, "It's something I've never dreamed of." He said, "I never thought I would have something so great."

As Maria sat in the audience, Andrew revealed who she was and said, "actually I have a video," with it playing to the tune of Maroon 5's "Daylight."

The video revealed some of Andrew's greatest baseball highlights, and then went into photos of his girlfriend and moments the two have had throughout their relationship.

The video ends with the baseball star on home base saying, "We've been together for four years now, and with that...." as she makes her way down to Ellen and her now husband.

Andrew got down on one knee and told Maria, "I did this to show you that ... If I could tell the whole world how much I love you, I would do that."
