Usher's Sons Custody Battle: Singer Wins Over Ex-Wife Tameka Foster

Usher's sons custody battle have been ruled in his favor and are now in the singer's primary care.  This ruling comes on the heel of the recent tragedy that left his stepson Kile Glover brain dead.  Foster is currently still mourning over the loss of her son Glover, and now have to face the loss of her two children with ex-husband.  

Foster's visitation rights and access have not be released yet.  Prior to this ruling, the two share joint custody with Usher having the children 12 days out of a month.  The children were in Foster's care 18 days a month.  With the new ruling, Usher will have sole custody of the children.

Usher first initiated the custody battle citing that Foster is unfit to be the mother of their two sons.  Foster fights back accusing Usher of taking drugs in front of the children and not having a stable schedule to care for the young boys.

According to TMZ, Foster believes that the ruling was unfair and biased.  It's reported that she will fight the case decision.

She has tweeted about her thoughts on the case.  "Money can buy many things... But in the end. Truth & goodness will prevail.  I must continue to believe this. Stand firm."
