It's finally that time of year - hockey season!
The Washington Capitlas battle it out on the ice against the New York Islanders in Week 7 of the NHL regular season on Wednesday, November 26 at 7:00 p.m. EST at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in NY. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Wednesday evening hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Heading into the first few weeks of the 2014 regular season, the Capitals snag the No. 22 spot in Pierre LeBrun's official power rankings for ESPN.com with a 9-8-3 record:
"Losing at home to the Sabres is always fun. A nice test will come this week with home-and-home series against the scorching Islanders."
Meanwhile, the Islanders currently hold the impressive No. 1 spot (out of 30 total teams) with an 15-6-0 record. According to LeBrun:
"A home-and-home sweep of the Penguins sends a statement to the rest of the league: the Isles are for real. They've won eight of their last 10 games. And man, they're fun to watch."
The game will be broadcasted live on local channels and MSG+, but fans can also listen in on the radio at WTOP, WFED, 99.9 The Fan, and WRHU.
