Patti Smith Russell Crowe Ireland duet, "Because the Night" [VIDEO]

Actor Russell Crowe joined singer-songwriter Patti Smith on stage during two "Cultural Night" performances in Reykjavik, Ireland on Aug. 18. Crowe sang backup to Smith's popular tune "Because the Night" (which she co-wrote with Bruce Springsteen). Seems Crowe is a big fan of Smith, who he introduced to both the indoor and outdoor Ireland audiences as a "legend."
