Dying Light looks like one of the most anticipated video games of 2015, so we're happy it has a release date set for Jan. 27 instead of later in the year. To get us even more excited for the free-running, zombie survival horror game, IGN debuted the first 15 minutes of gameplay footage that is sure to help you decide on how to play the title once you get your hands on it for PS4 and/or Xobx One! (SPOILERS to follow)

We previously reported on the cancellation of Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Dying Light.
"After thorough internal testing, we have come to the conclusion that we have no choice but to leave past-gen systems behind and release Dying Light exclusively on the next-gen consoles and PC.," the developers at Techland explained. "Put simply, older consoles just couldn't run the game and stay true to the core vision of Dying Light at the same time."
