Not only is British heartthrob Robert Pattinson "totally over" his ex "Twilight" sweetheart Kristen Stewart, but apparently the 28-year-old actor now finds the 24-year-old Hollywood beauty "unattractive!"

So, why the sudden change of (physical) heart?

Because K-Stew's shorter hair is a total turn-off... allegedly.

A supposed source for the infamous gossip webloid HollywoodLife.com reveals:

"Rob always preferred Kristen's hair on the long side, so he's not too impressed with her new short do. It's just not that sexy to him."

Do MstarsNews readers find this a bit ridiculous? R-Patz is now happily dating aspiring songstress FKA Twigs, but that doesn't mean he's blasting his former lover's style!

In fact, the "Camp X-Ray" starlet's fresh, edgy hairdo' looks pretty cute!

So, Pattinson seemingly prefers brunettes - and apparently longer locks. The snitch explains that's why he's so attracted to his "Two Weeks" muse. The long hair "really embraces her femininity, which is a real turn-on for Rob."

Really? Doesn't sound like something Pattinson would be so judgemental and shallow about... sound-off in the comments section below!

Seems like HollywoodLife is simply trying to stir-up some over-sensationalized dating drama now that both members of Robsten have officially moved-on. Is Stewart enjoying the single life, or secretly romancing "Equals" co-star Nicholas Hoult on the down-low?

Stay tuned... surly more crazy rumors are to come!

In other news... K-Stew's latest flick "Still Alice" just leaked online Thanksgiving Day - about a month before its intended public release:
