On a list flanked by One Directioners and other pop megastars aged 20-and-under, Miley Cyrus claims the no. 4 spot on Huffington Post's "Top Ten List of Most-Followed Teenage Tweeters." Maybe it's because of Cyrus' recent bold style transformations which she continuously updates through Twitpics and posts on her Twitter page? A funky new platinum blonde short pixie do', hot pants paired with a sheer white top and dark lacy bra, her recent convo with actress Evan Rachel Wood in regards to her sexuality... whatever the reason, Cyrus has amassed a whopping 8,284,077 Twitter followers (as of 3:40 p.m ET on Tuesday, Aug. 28).
