It's official, both boxing and the WWE are quickly fading far behind the UFC when it comes to the fighting business. Brock Lesnar has been from the UFC to the WWE, but apparently the grass was much greener in the octagon, and he wants to head back, as does former WWE star CM Punk. On top of that, rumors are suggesting that boxers who are nearing the end of their respectable careers, like Dereck Chisora, could head that way, too. Could world champion Floyd Mayweather be tempted to join the UFC? It's known that he's a big fan of MMA fighting. These moves might just rubber-stamp that the UFC is the place to be.

UFC boss Dana White insisted, "I don't know if he can fight or anything like that, but sure, I wouldn't mind talking to CM Punk."
On top of that, reports are suggesting that Lesnar wants to ditch the WWE and return to the UFC. White added: "If and when his deal if up with them and he wants to fight, I'm, sure he'll call me."

So there you have it, the UFC is willing to talk to any fighter of any background. So one can wonder, will Dana's phone be forever ringing in 2015? Mayweather has one year left of fighting, at least, but he's hinted at getting more involved in MMA, but could White convince him to betray boxing for the UFC?
UFC is growing rapidly, and although it's not loved by all, many boxing and wrestling fans have ditched the sports, all in favor of watching the top talents the UFC and its octagon has to offer.
