LeBron James ditched Dwyane Wade, leaving him with nothing but the leadership role of the Miami Heat and his new wife Gabrielle Union. However, many wondered, could Kyrie Irving replace him on and off of the court? So far their NBA season has had its fair share of ups and downs, but Kyrie is proving just as desirable off the court as Wade ever was. He has finally joined James in getting his own sneaker deal with Nike, and James and Irving couldn't be any happier, much to the annoyance of Wade. Can they transfer this positivity to the court?

Kyrie explained the change, saying, "I would always buy the LeBrons. I had to have them, and there were so many color ways and so many different inspirations. Now that I'm his teammate, I see where all of this comes from. He's such a smart guy."
James added, "It's great. I'm happy for him. I was there as a friend, as a teammate, as a brother of his. I know what it's all about. It's a different feeling for him now. It's a lot of pressure, too, for sure, to have your own signature shoe. I'm happy that he's a part of the signature guys and part of the whole Nike family. We do things like no other. We don't follow behind nobody. We lead everything and for him to be a part of it, I think it's great."
It sounds like the Irving-James friendship is in full flow, and as it continues to blossom, Wade may continue to weep until the end of his NBA career. Will Irving and James top what he had with Wade?
