Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green Car Accident: Drunk Driver Ignacio Demaria Hits New Parents Of Bodhi, Noah & Kassius [PHOTO]

To start, both Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are FINE, but they did have quite a scary Thursday night. It's being reported that on Dec. 4 around 9:30 p.m. the couple's Range Rover was sideswiped by a drunk driver by the name of Ignacio Demaria. The 35-year-old reported was driving a Mini Cooper while intoxicated when he crossed over the yellow line and hit the Hollywood couple.

According to TMZ, Green immediately phoned law enforcement, who came and arrested Demaria right away. It's now being said he was twice the legal limit. Oh boy...

Reports further state that the impact of the Cooper was enough for not only his car to spin around but also for the parents of newborn baby Bodhi to blow a tire.

Whether or not Demaria is still in jail is unknown, but the couple assures GossipCop, "Everything is fine."

Earlier this year, the couple welcomed in their new child to join Noah and Green's son Kassius from an earlier relationship.

GossipCop further notes that earlier on in the day the couple were on Facebook attempting to encourage their fans to "give back by bidding on a signed holiday ornament." The proceeds from the bids would go to further benefit the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
