The final season 6 of White Collar has only two episodes left on USA Network. With the last episodes winding down, will Peter Burke (Tim DeKay) and Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) end up losing everything to Matthew Keller (Ross McCall) because he "has no soul?"
As we mentioned here, the stylish procedural/buddy drama centers on the dynamic relationship between the cunning FBI agent and the smooth con artist. In order to be released from prison, Neal works alongside Burke as a criminal informant as they solve cases side-by-side. Unfortunately, Neal walks a fine line between rehabilitation and incarceration as he dreams about pulling off one last con.
The sixth season began with Peter (DeKay) and Neal (Bomer) teaming together to infiltrate the crime syndicate known as the Pink Panthers. As the season progressed, Keller (McCall) warns Neal that even if they incarcerate the Pink Panthers, they are still wanted men. Behind bars, the Pink Panthers will hunt them down until they are dead. But why should they both have to suffer?
In our recent recap, the leader of the Pink Panthers was holding a gun aimed at Neal. A mole has been discovered within the organization. Has Neal's cover suddenly been blown?
Though Keller wasn't seen in the episode, we can only speculate there's a reason why. Maybe Keller did reveal to the Pink Panthers that Neal was undercover for the FBI. We won't know for sure until we see the next episode.
In an interview with Zap2it, creator/showrunner Jeff Eastin does reveal what makes Keller different than his opponent, "Neal has a soul, Keller really doesn't. Keller represents this chance for Neal to look inside himself and say, 'Who am I, really?' because the entire series has been about that. It's been this exploration for Neal to figure out who he is."
If Keller has "no soul" like the Graceland creator says, then Keller would do anything to get rid of Neal. Audiences should remember Keller did kidnap Peter's Elizabeth (Tiffani Thiessen).

MStars also has an interview with Willie Garson, Mozzie himself, you should definitely check out.
The final season of White Collar continues Thursday, 9pm on USA. Readers, are you excited to see these last two episodes?
