The 72nd annual Golden Globes Awards ceremony will take place on Jan. 11, 2015, showcasing the best in entertainment from 2014. Hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler once again, we're sure to have an enjoyable night of talents coming together to celebrate the best performances of the year. But who will go home a winner? As far as the nominees in the motion picture portion of the awards show, critically acclaimed independent films Birdman and Boyhood are pretty much running away with 2015 nominations. These two films have 12 nominations between them for this year's ceremony, but will there be any upsets from other projects? Check out the complete list of movie nominations for the Golden Globes below!

According to IGN, while these two films are leading in nominations, they aren't in the same "Best Motion Picture" category, meaning they could each take home a Golden Globe as a top film. Boyhood is in the drama category with Foxcatcher, The Imitation Game, Selma and The Theory of Everything. Birdman is in the comedy category along with The Grand Budapest Hotel, Into the Woods, Pride and St. Vincent.
We'd also like to point out that film composer Alexandre Desplat is nominated for his work on The Imitation Game. For more on this music and Desplat's work, check out our recent exclusive interview with the talented composer right here!
