The Chicago Blackhawks battle it out on the ice against the Boston Bruins in Week 9 of the regular season on Thursday, December 11 at 7:00 p.m. EST at the TD Garden in MA. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Thursday evening hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Following the first few opening weeks of the 2014 regular season, the Blackhawks snag the impressive No. 1 spot inScott Burnside's official NHL power rankings for ESPN.com with an 19-8-1 winning record:
"The Blackhawks are on a tear with six straight wins and have won 11 of 13 in spite of the loss of rockin' Corey Crawford. They have a league-best plus-32 goal differential and will get Patrick Sharp back this week."
Meanwhile, the Bruins currently hold the No. 16 spot (out of 30 total teams) with a 15-12-1 record. According to Burnside:
"The Bruins bounced back after an ugly, three-game losing streak on the West Coast with a win over the disappointing Coyotes on Saturday. Boston is now off until Thursday when it will face its 2013 Stanley Cup finals foe from Chicago."
The game will be broadcasted live on local channels CSNC, TVA2, and NESN, but fans can also listen in on the radio at WGN, WBUZ, Sports Hub 98.5, and ESPN 101.3.
