"Love and Hip Hop: New York" reality star, Yandy Smith is returning with a brighter storyline as her fiancé, Mendeecee finally is released from prison and she reveals to the world that she's expecting a baby girl.
The VH1 reality star will be avoiding tears and gushed about her newest adventure by welcoming her second child to the world. In an interview with Sister 2 Sister, Yandy said, "
"I'm so excited. It's like a blind date that I'm already in love with," Yandy told Sister 2 Sister that she plans on working and staying busy despite being a mother-of-2 now. "It's very important to be a working mom because I have bills to pay. I'm not cut from the cloth of women that don't work. I can't imagine being a stay-at-home mom," she said.
The veteran reality star revealed that she never expected to become a role model, but wants to set an example for her daughter, "Funny thing, I didn't come into this thinking I would be a role model. I had no idea that young ladies would look up to me and reach out to me," she said.
"I was very hesitant to even do the show because there are certain things that I'm not willing to compromise while on TV. My integrity is very important to me, as now I'm about to raise a daughter to be a woman. I want her to look up to me so I have to have standards," she said.
