Miley Cyrus Twitter: Trades Grungy look for Flowery Ensemble in Recent Twitpic

Ever since sporting a new, short-and-spiky platinum blonde hairdo', pop star Miley Cyrus has transformed her style into one that tries to exude an "I'm a grungy-punk "bada##"chick" vibe. But in a recent Twitpic posted on her Twitter page late on Wednesday, the "Party in The USA" singer rocks a look almost reminiscent of her teenage, girly days - almost.

In the photo, where 19-year-old Cyrus poses with her mother Leticia Jean "Tish" Finley, the "Last Song" actress flaunts a yellow, floral-print pencil skirt. The "girly" part. She pairs it with a bold pair of leopard-print heels and a tight black, bronze adorned midriff shirt. The fiancé of Liam Hemsworth tweets:
