Is Teresa Giudice about to get a divorce as a going away present? The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is supposed to report for her 15-month prison sentence in the next couple of weeks, but before she goes it seems that her husband Joe Giudice is looking to serve the RHONJ star with some divorce papers. The couple have been in the spotlight a lot within the last couple of weeks during this difficult time, and rumors of alcoholism, cheating, and divorce have been making headlines almost every other day.
According to Radar Online though, these new divorce rumors are saying that instead of Teresa being the one that is thinking of ending things, it is actually her hubby, Joe.
The site is reporting that it is Teresa's diva like demands that have been too much for Joe to handle. It is also being speculated that Joe committed the bankruptcy fraud as a way for him to give his wife everything she wanted.
"Joe always felt pressure form Teresa to have the biggest house, best clothes, and luxurious vacations," the insider revealed. "While Joe does take responsibility for his role in the bankruptcy fraud case, it was all done under the pressure he felt from Teresa."

It seems that Joe is already setting the gears in motion for the divorce to happen once Teresa is behind bars, the site explains. He has hired an attorney and plans on serving her once she's in prison.
The Inquistr is also reporting on the Joe's secret divorce plan, saying that Teresa is not paying any attention to the claims of a divorce.
"She simply shrugged it off!" an insider explained. "She is absolutely living in denial about going to prison, so Teresa doesn't think Joe would ever leave her, or file for divorce."
Teresa is set to report to prison on January 5.
