Just over the weekend, "Wrecking Ball" songstress Miley Cyrus injured her wrist and was promptly hospitalized. Apparently, the infamous twerker had to undergo surgery... and she decided to share the rather graphic procedure with Instagram fans!

On Friday (December 12), Cyrus shared this rather humorous (but still somewhat disturbing) snapshot straight from the operating table:

Ew? Well, some fans actually found the grossly invasive image funny, and several amusingly photoshopped versions of the viral pic quickly began circulating online. And Cyrus totally approved:
