After several years of dating, Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder officially broke things off in May 2013. But is the 25-year-old brunette bombshell now dating ANOTHER "The Vampire Diaries" hottie?
Rumors suggest that sparks are currently flying between Dobrev and "The Carrie Diaries" star, Chris Wood.
That's right - Woodbrev. Cute?
The former "Degrassi" sweetheart recently shared this adorable snapshot on Instagram - fans immediately assumed that the two co-stars were therefore dating on the down-low:
ninadobrev: "#polaroidseries @christophrwood."
And Twitter quickly erupted, too:
@reginaleannee: "omygod is it true that nina dobrev and chris wood are dating????"
@PizzazzMaslow: "Okay if nina dobrev is really dating chris wood I would be really happy actually but I don't even know if it's true but they look cute."
@Brucas_Delena: "If Nina Dobrev doesn't want Chris Wood... can I please have him? he's a babe <3."
@Naira_TVD : "One of my favorite new photos.....Beautiful shot @ninadobrev @ChristophrWood."
@ripmesutozil: "srsly... this is a thing now... why Nina."
@ashlicious_: "i cant even believe im saying this but can nina dobrev and chris wood start dating already pls."
@smolderdanina: "cute babies @ChristophrWood and @ninadobrev."
@biebergilinsky: "do me a favor and get married @ChristophrWood @ninadobrev."
@vicjusticerox: "I cant stop staring at these pics of @ChristophrWood and @ninadobrev . Too much chemistry."
@vodkalipsluke: "Goodnight I love @ChristophrWood & @ninadobrev and I think they'd be pretty cool together too woodbrev please!!!!"
Ex-boyfriend Somerhalder is now involved in a rather serious relationship with actress Nikki Reed, so perhaps it's finally time for Dobrev to move-on, too?
Apparently, the two are keeping things "casual" for now. Wood joined the "Vampire Diaries" cast in Season 5 as Malachai "Kai" Parker.
Rumors initially suggested that Dobrev was romancing fellow "TVD" heartthrob Chace Crawford, but those rumors eventually simmered-out. Will the same happen again this time around?
