Leann Rimes Bikini Addiction and Rehab

Leann Rimes' bikini addition has been the talk of town before she checked in rehab for "stress and anxiety" issues just one day after she celebrated her 30th birthday with husband Eddie Cibrian.   

In the recent months, Rimes has been preparing her fans for her new album comeback.  Fans following Rimes on her Twitter and new website know that Rimes has been trying to release new music for some time, however delays have pushed back the release date.  

Following the route of Kim Kardashian, she has also been treating fans with somesexy bikini photos, flaunting her very toned body over the summer.  She was even caught going to the grocery store in a bikini.

It came as a shock for many when the singer announced that she will be going into rehab.  Many pondered if it was related to eating disorders or if her anxiety came from worries about her husband cheating on her.  

The country superstar's representative Marcel Pariseau released a statement to People magazine. "LeAnn has voluntarily entered a 30 day in-patient treatment facility to cope with anxiety and stress."

"While there will be speculation regarding her treatment, she is simply there to learn and develop coping mechanisms. While privacy isn't expected, it's certainly appreciated."

Rimes added, ""This is just a time for me to emotionally check out for a second and take care of myself and come back in 30 days as the best 30-year-old woman I can be."

Rimes had been at the center of criticism for years since she split with her first husband after a cheating scandal with already married Cibrian.  Rimes and Cibrian married each other in 2011.   The hate she receives from Cibrian's ex wife's fans may have strained her.  It's been reported that Rimes is suing two women who have illegally tape-recorded their conversation with Rimes and distributed an edited version of the phone call with her.

In the midst of the drama, husband Cibrian is supportive of Rimes in her decision to gain help.  

"My wife is the most remarkable and courageous woman I know...I am so proud of her for having the strength to finally take some time for herself. I will be with her every step of the way," he said.

Meanwhile, Rimes hasn't stepped away from Twitter yet. She posted a few more never before seen photos on her website that can only be accessed via subscription today (August 30).  Bikini photos anyone?
