With prison time right around the corner, "Real Housewives of New Jersey" reality star, Teresa Giudice's close friends are reportedly selling out and telling all!

According to RadarOnline, the reality star's former legal crisis manager and friend, Wendy Feldman is rumored to be working on a tell-all book about her life which will include chapters including Teresa's legal and personal drama.

"There will be several chapters in my new book dedicated to my time spent working with Teresa Giudice. From the day I met her, until the day I quit, and how Teresa went downhill so fast after that," she told Radar.

"I had to juggle so many things while working with Teresa, including many of my other non-celebrity clients," she said. "It was a constant struggle with Teresa to get her to take responsibility for her actions, and I was basically on call for her 24/7," she added, "The book won't be only about Teresa, and will reveal how the judicial system really works, especially in the world of celebrity and public opinion. It will be a fascinating read. I wish Teresa only the best and hope she learns and grows from her time behind bars."

In October, Wendy submitted a letter to Judge Salas revealing cutting ties as an advisor, "Sadly, my time with Teresa and has come to an end," Wendy said in a statement. "My client relationships are very important to me, however today's filing regarding Teresa's Bureau of Prisons designation request was not done with my knowledge or input."

"I am not the consultant referred to in filing. This is clearly not the first time my advice has not been followed, but this is the time where the stakes are the highest," Wendy says in an exclusive statement to E! News. "Both for my clients and myself, I work hard to maintain a strong relationship with the Bureau of Prisons. As I've tried to instruct Teresa, this is a process that must be respected."

"A designation to a camp is a gift, not a requirement from the BOP and the judge," Wendy continued. "By making this request, Teresa has jeopardized months of work, months of preparation and in fact may jeopardize where she is ultimately designated or sent to," she said.
