The highly anticipated open Beta gameplay testing for one of 2015's most hyped video games, Evolve, starts on Jan. 15 for Xbox One players, running to the 19th. This exclusive content holds plenty of great features for the Microsoft console players, including the popular "Hunt" mode of the game, as well as the new "Evacuation" mode. Plus, this week we got a great look at the third monster of the title: Wraith! Evolve hits shelves on Feb. 15, 2015, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

"Evacuation" is the newest mode for Evolve, and Xbox One gamers get to experience this new feature on Jan. 17, two days into the highly anticipated open Beta for the game. IGN recently previewed this game mode, so check it out right here!
"Starting on January 17th players can get their hands on 'Evacuation' for the first time! 'Evacuation' is Evolve's dynamic campaign that combines the full array of maps and modes in a unique experience that is different every time you play," the official Beta announcement stated. "Additionally, any Hunter and Monster characters you unlock while playing the Xbox One Open Beta will carry over when the game launches!"
We also learned that PC players can play the open Beta on Jan. 16 while PS4 gamers can play on Jan. 17. The above link also includes information on passcodes and Beta keys.
Speaking of new gaming features, we recently saw the first footage of the newest monster, Wraith. This mysterious new creature uses new gaming techniques like warping, stealth and the like as opposed to the Goliath's brute strength and the Kraken's powerful distance attacks.
