Love & Hip Hop New York Erica Mena Says 'Black Twitter' Upsets Her, Addresses Prostitution Rumors [VIDEO]

"Love and Hip Hop: New York" reality star, Erica Mena says that "Black Twitter" made her upset when a fake tweet was posted about how many sexual partners she has had in the past.

In an interview with HipHollywood.com, the reality star said that her future husband, Bow Wow helped her deal with her critics and countless rumors that spread on social media, "Black twitter put up this fake tweet about me confessing the number of people I have slept with and it blew me away because it was like a made up tweet but people just started running with it and it just became this thing. That bothered me."

She said her fiance tries to turn her away from all the Twitter drama, "Bow's in the house and he's laughing at me because I'm so upset about it and he's like babe, it's black twitter. They do this to people all the time. They did it to me and they do this to you.

"If I was really an escort, why didn't this surface years ago?" she said referring to Chrissy Monroe's allegations. "Why didn't you come on Love and Hip Hop years ago to put me on blast? Why did you let me get ahead of the game so bad to like -it doesn't make sense."

In an interview with Hot 97, the newly engage reality star says that she doesn't know who Chrissy is, "This was a friend of the wife of Fat Joe's camp." She said, "This is how far back this woman 'knows of me.'"

Erica revealed that Chrissy was put on the show to stir drama with her, "She was basically casted to come at me because you know, all you have to say is 'I have beef with Erica Mena' and seem tough enough to come up to Erica Mena, 'You are hired.'" She said, "No one has done this before, so it was a smart move for VH1."

She continued, "She's claiming she's pimped me, at first I was kind of blown away, I'm like who was this?" she added that she was not only caught off guard, but became irate when the newest cast member hit below the belt and mentioned her son, "what really drove me over the edge was the first scene, she started making gestures, saying things about my son, which of course they won't air."
