Looks like Stevie J is trying to get his act together when it comes to his kids.
According to The Jasmine Brand, the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star may be getting lucky reaching a plea deal with the federal government in regards to his $1 million in unpaid child support.
The entertainment site revealed that Stevie J's deal may be complete in a month, and would determine how long Joseline Hernandez's husband will have to serve time behind bars.
Stevie was previously arrested earlier this year after the feds revealed that the reality star owed over a million dollars in child support.
Stevie not only has a child with his ex, Mimi Faust, but he also has two kids with a former girlfriend, where he was ordered to pay $6,600 a month- which increased to $8,800.

The songwriter and producer hasn't paid his baby mama since 2001, resulting in his back support to be a total of $1,107,412. If you reviewed the federal court documents, Stevie J earns about $27k a month for his chaotic character on the hit VH1 show, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.
Last year, Mimi's ex made a total of $193,499 from the network. He also made at least $105k in music royalties over the years. Now the feds filed more documents this month revealing that the case is still in settlement negotiations with Stevie J as they attempt to get the issue fixed without a trial.
The documents revealed that the talks may be resolved within this month, determining Stevie J's jail time, and/or how much he will owe his ex in back child support. Stevie J's next hearing is scheduled for next month, January 9th, when the feds believe they will have the terms worked out for the court's review.
