Jackie Chan's son Jaycee Chan has been indicted on drug charges in China following his August arrest. Jaycee was busted with Taiwanese movie star Kai Ko in a raid on his Hong Kong apartment, having admitted to marijuana use and found with 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of marijuana. Four months after the arrest, Jaycee has been charged with "the crime of sheltering others to take drugs," and could face up to three years in jail.

As NBC News report, the 32 year old actor and singer Jaycee was arrested in Beijing in August after "testing positive for marijuana, and police said they found 100 grams of the drug at his home."
The BBC report that "Mr Ko was released after a 14-day administrative detention for drug use," after admitting to using drugs, while Jaycee — who has acted in a number of movies and is also a recording artist — was placed under "'criminal detention' for the additional and more serious suspected crime of 'providing a shelter for others to abuse drugs'."
After his son's arrest, Jackie — a noted anti-drug campaigner, who, as the BBC point out was "named an official 'Narcotics Control Ambassador' by Chinese police in 2009" — posted a heartfelt message on his website after the arrest saying:
"When I first heard the news, I was absolutely enraged. As a public figure, I feel very ashamed; as his dad, I'm very sad and disappointed," wrote the 60 year old actor.
"But the person who feels heartbroken the most is his mom. I hope our younger generation will learn from Jaycee's mistake and stay far away from drug abuse."
He went on to talk to his son directly saying: "I would like to take this opportunity to say to Jaycee: you've done something wrong and you have to be responsible for the consequences."
"I'm your dad and I'll always be with you. We will face the road ahead of us together. I should also take some of the responsibility because as his dad, I didn't teach him well. Therefore, on behalf of Jaycee and myself, I extend our deepest apologies to everyone for the negative impact this has caused on society."
