Check out Lady Gaga's new ink, a cute anchor on her rib cage which the "You and I" star describes as a "Stamp of his Mermaid," which she proudly flaunted on her Twitter page and fan site, littlemonster.com.

Not too long ago, Gaga tweeted some fresh ink on her inner forearm that flaunts the phrase "ARTPOP," which the "Paparazzi" singer later announced would be the title of her new, highly-anticipated upcoming album.
