RHOA Phaedra Parks, Apollo Nida Jail House Divorce Confirmed

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" reality star, Phaedra Parks says that she will go through with divorcing her estranged husband, Apollo Nida as her severs his 8 year in prison.  

In a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live Dec. 21, the reality star admitted that they are officially ending their marriage, "Well, we're amicably resolving this marriage," she said as she nodded and pulled a knowing face. "We're resolving this marriage... resolving to dissolve, yes."

When the Bravo star was asked if she was still in contact with the convict, she said she and her two sons, Dylan, 19 months and Ayden, 4 speak to him often.

 "I talk to him at least, if not five, six times a week, if not more," Phaedra told host Andy Cohen.

In November, Hollywoodlife.com reported a source close to Phaedra says Apollo fired insults through his letters, "He's so childish," the source added, "She said, 'He tried to get me together by telling me what he thought about me and numbering each pathetic insult. Phaedra said that Apollo called her a b*tch, selfish, fat, conceited, and a wife that ain't loyal."

Despite appearing to be happily married before his legal troubles he admitted that he only remained with her for his children, "He even told her that if it wasn't for their kids, he wouldn't care if he saw her fat ass ever again. He said it to her in a letter just like that."
