Rapper Azealia Banks slams Australian rapper, Iggy Azalea for her "Hip Hop Squares" twitter response to legendary rapper Q-Tip.

Dec. 22, the reality star tweeted, "How the fuck can you address a rap legend like @QtipTheAbstract and refer to "hip-hop" squares in the same breath??!?!," she added, "Q-tip gave your some insight into the cultures you're influenced by and you really sat there and told him he's hip-hop squares."

The Harlem native continued to fire back, "Iggy Azalea is Satan in the form of Mayonnaise."

Rapper Iggy Azalea responded to rapper Q-Tip's recent twitter post and says that she doesn't have to prove herself in Hip Hop trivia.

The Australian rapper tweeted, "Most people learn every and anything they can about the subjects they are passionate about, I'm no different." She continued to attack people for judging her knowledge on rap music, "I find it patronizing to assume I have no knowledge of something I'm influenced by, but I've also grown up with strangers assuming that."

She added, "I'm also not going to sit on twitter & play hip hop squares with strangers to somehow prove I deserve to be a fan of or influenced by hip hop." she added, "How you feel about me blending musical genres together doesn't bother me, no one is making you support or buy pop rap albums."

Recently, rap star Q-Tip defended Azealia Banks via twitter to address the young artist passionate interview, "Never forget that Hip Hop is the Civil Rights Movement's love child," she added, "Coming off the heels of the CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT and approaching the end of the Vietnam war it was a crossroads 4 America."

Q-Tip added, "Hip Hop is a creative artistic and socio-political movement/culture that sprang from the disparate ghettos of NY in the early 1970's."
