'Teen Mom 2' Leah Messer Cheating Sex Partner Robbie Kidd's Criminal Past Revealed! Could Ex Corey Simms Take Daughters Away After Custody Battle?

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer's cheating scandal with ex-boyfriend Robbie Kidd ruined her marriage to her husband Jeremy Calvert, but now more revealing information about Robbie's criminal past has put the reality star's judgment into question. Could Leah's children be taken away from her?

According to Radar Online, the MTV star's side piece was arrested for multiple infractions including battery, resisting arrest, trespassing and possession of a controlled substance.

One of those instances was on Sept. 17 when the West Virginia father was seen engaged in suspicious activity at a Sleep Inn Hotel in Charleston, West Virginia. A police officer came, but it escalated into a confrontation where the officer had to handcuff him.

"I patted Mr. Kidd down and found 13 yellow, round pills, stamped X and 73, which are believed to be Alprozalam [generic Xanax] a schedule four substance," Deputy Sheriff H. Shipman wrote in the police report obtained by Radar.

Robbie was then arrested and spent five days in jail until his $500 bail was posted. After pleading guilty on Dec. 17 as part of a plea deal, Leah's cheating partner only had to pay $210.25 in fines.

As MStars News reported, Robbie spilled the beans about his recent affair with his ex in a shocking interview with In Touch Weekly. The former couple got together while Jeremy was out of town working.

"That day, around noon, I asked her if she wanted to come over and talk," he told the mag. "Leah didn't hesitate. She came right over, and one thing led to another and we had sex. We wore protection. That was the one and only time."

"Afterward, she said, 'Oh, what did we do?'" he continued. "Whenever things are going bad in our lives, we reach out to each other, and this is what happens."

News of Robbie's criminal past comes on the heels of Leah settling her custody battle with ex-husband Corey Simms. He will get their twin girls for an extra night during the week, but will Leah bringing her ex back into her life affect the custody agreement. Only time will tell...
