Weezy's highly-anticipated new album The Carter V continues experiencing delay after delay - and according to the "Only" superstar, the release needs to happen NOW. Or else.

The infamous gossip webloid TMZ reports that Wayne's ready to take this bitter industry "feud" to the next level. Legally, at least.

The New Orleans native recently threatened to take Birdman and his CM "posse" to court. Insiders reveal that Weezy passed-along a written ultimatum. Simple enough - release the record, or he's out (for good).

Basically, things within the YMCMB crew are pretty intense right now.

Apparently, Weezy's not even talking to his boss right now. He remains focused on new upcoming music, and only time will tell what Birdman eventually decides to do.

Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj just hopes that they'll all remain a "family" despite the ongoing drama. In a recent interview with Power 106 LA, The PinkPrint muse explains:

Cash Money is blessed, thank you for asking. We are a family. And just like in [real] families, we have our moments. But, you know what... I've gotten so much closer to Wayne lately. Wayne is his own person. He's a businessman and whatever decision Wayne makes, I would never in my life speak against it publicly... even if I didn't agree... And Baby has always been one of my best friends in the game. And I know that they love each other; that's family.
