Obama Jay Z Concert: President's Message At 'Made In America Festival' Special [VIDEO]

Obama appeared in the Jay Z Concert at the Made In America Festival over the Labor Day Weekend in Philadelphia. Obama is apparently a fan of Jay Z and endorsed his music in a pre-taped video that was shown at the festival.

President Obama said in the video that Jay-Z's life story is "what Made In America means."

The rapper was born with nothing growing up in the projects in the Bronx. However, instead of becoming a statistic, he dreamed big. He is now considered one of the most successful entrepreneurs in hip hop. Aside from his career, he has a healthy family.  He is married to the beautiful Beyonce and has a daughter together. Most would agree that he is living the American dream.

The President also took the opportunity to speaks to music fans about the importance of voting.  Despite which political party one may side with, he emphasized that everyone's voice is valued.
