While most of us are still eating that last plate of Christmas leftovers, the Duggar family is hitting the gym to start off their New Year's resolutions a little bit early. The stars of the hit TLC series, 19 Kids and Counting, are putting us all to shame today, as they hit the gym extra hard. Jessa Duggar Seewald took to her Instagram to post a video of one of her famous sisters working out, and she is doing it in a skirt nonetheless.

Jessa posted a video to her Instagram account of her hubby, Ben Seewald, and sister, Joy-Anna Duggar, working out extra hard together at the gym. Jessa's younger sister took to the free weights as she squats and lifts 145 pounds, all while wearing a skirt.

"Joy was tearin' it up in the workout room today!" the star wrote in the caption. "She beat her previous record by parallel squatting 145 pounds!! Keep it up, little sis!"

Jess might be bonding with her sister Joy as her relationship with Jill is still being fixed. The two stars of the reality series allegedly got into a feud when it was discovered that Jill didn't follow her sister on Twitter.

According to Radar Online, Jill was not following Jessa or her husband Ben on the social media site, even though Jessa followed her sister.

The situation has been remedied now that Jill follows Jessa on the social media site, but it definitely left a lot of people scratching their heads, and making them think that there are underlying tensions brewing between the sisters.
