Reports confirm that legendary cartoon voice actress Christine Cavanaugh died on December 22, 2014. She was only 51-years-old, and details surrounding the shocking death still remain a mystery.

According to the infamous gossip webloid TMZ, Cavanaugh's distinctive television speech is iconic. Her most beloved characters include Babe, Gosalyn Mallard in Darkwing Duck, the original Chuckie Finster in Nickelodeon's hit show Rugrats, and Dexter in Cartoon Network's Dexter's Laboratory. Just to name a few...

She officially retired from voice acting in 2001 and Nancy Cartwright (aka, Bart Simpson) took over the role of the goofy, redheaded Rugrat.

Cavanaugh also guest-starred on several popular TV shows including Salute Your Shorts, Cheers, Empty Nest, Wings, The X-Files, Everybody Loves Raymond and ER She had small, supporting roles in feature films including Soulmates and Jerry Maguire.
