Featuring the popular superheroes and super villains of the DC Comics Universe, gamers instantly wanted to get their hands on the LEGO Batman sequel. With the talented voices of Adam West, Stephen Amell, Kevin Smith, and Conan O'Brien, LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham surpassed expectations and became the Best Videogame of 2014.

As we previously mentioned, the narrative focuses on Brainiac, who has set his sights on our planet as his ultimate prize. The maniacal genius uses his advanced nanotechnology to claim Earth as his own toy to play with. The Legion of Doom, which includes the Joker and Lex Luthor and the Super-Friends have to team-up against the intergalactic warlord to save the world.

5) They Have Voices

Putting voices on the LEGO characters made LEGO Batman 2 much better than the first. You understand why Batman gets so annoyed by Superman, who's sounds so full of himself. Getting Clancy Brown to voice Lex Luthor again is also a huge plus in our book.

4) Play With a Friend

There are so many characters to play as, you definitely want to bring in a buddy. You can play as the hero or villain, and the game still continues to be fun.

3) That Ending

During the end credits, it's still Batman and the boy wonder climbing up the wall. Just like in the TV series, characters pop up out of nowhere. And then, all of sudden, a dinosaur shows up. Was the open-ending a joke or is it supposed to mean something?

2) Batman '66

We get a bonus level that pays homage to the Batman '66 TV series starring West and Burt Ward. The caped crusader delivers his voiceover narration as the level continues. When you put the Batmobile together, get ready to say,"Atomic batteries to power...turbines to speed."

1) It Keeps Going

The game hasn't finished yet because we're waiting for Terry McGinnis, aka Batman Beyond, to arrive. "The Squad Pack" was also announced, which includes an exclusive level. Captain Boomerang, Deathstroke, King Shark, El Diablo, Harley Quinn, and Katana are on a special mission for Amanda Waller.
