Liverpool is looking ahead at a prosperous 2015, but coach Brendan Rodgers isn't about to take today's opponent lightly.
"We have an exciting period now going into the second half of the season. There are a lot of good teams trying to get into the top four. We're building confidence and momentum and really looking forward to the rest of the campaign," Rodgers said this week. "Every game is different and Leicester will want to make it challenging for us," he said. "But we will be ready and we want to continue this little spell we're on and finish this tough Christmas schedule with maximum points."

Leicester just pulled off a win over Hull City, with coach Nigel Pearson hoping to ride that momentum into the second half of the season.
"It's a big challenge to face Liverpool," the manager said. "They are playing a system that is very interesting and one that suits the players that they have. Our challenge as always is can we make sure our performance causes them enough problems. It's not always about looking at your opponents' strengths, we've got to be speaking about how we can exploit potential weaknesses that they have."
