Miley Cyrus Twitter: British Mega-Fan Flaunts 17th Cyrus-Inspired Tattoo in Twitpic [PHOTO]

39-year-old Miley Cyrus mega-fan Carl McCoid has added a 17^th tattoo to his already large body art tribute to the "Party in the U.S.A" star. McCoid emblazoned a side face portrait of Cyrus (still flaunting a pre-pixie haircut) on his right calf. The British documentary series "Cutting Edge" filmed the event, which will air sometime in October.

McCoid, who became a sensation back in June after he began posting numerous pics of his unique Cyrus body collage up on Twitter, said, "When I go into shops people say it's the Miley Cyrus tattoo man, it's all positive. The only comments I have had on Twitter, 99 times out of 100 they are compliments. People in the street think it's brilliant."

All of McCoid's Cyrus tats with the exception of one have been created by artist Stuart Rollisson, owner of the Black Lantern tattoo studio in Bridlington, England.
