Joseph Gordon-Levitt Marries Tasha McCauley In Private Ceremony [DETAILS]

MStars News has learned that Inception star Joseph Gordon-Levitt tied the knot with his girlfriend Tasha McCauley in a private ceremony at their home Dec. 20.

According to Page Six, Gordon-Levitt, 33, revealed to People that he married McCauley, co-founder and CEO of robotics company Fellow Robots at the NASA Research Park in Silicon Valley, California.

While dating, the couple decided to stay out of the public eye, as Gordon-Levitt explained, according to the Daily Mail: “I have a girlfriend but I tend not to really like to talk about it in public. I get up in movies and I play other people, so when the audience is watching me in movies, I don’t want them thinking about me and who I’m dating, and blah blah blah.”

“I want them to see the character, the story that I’m telling, you know,” Gordon-Levitt added. “The girl that I’m with, she really doesn’t want to be a part of it and you can imagine not wanting to have that kind of scrutiny.”

Gordon-Levitt and his new bride met through “mutual friends,” but there are no details on how long the couple have been dating. The newlyweds reside in Los Angeles. It seems the wedding was succesful because the world never knew.

Instead of posting photos of their special day, Gordon-Levitt was too busy tweeting about other things, including animation and your favorite part about school.
