While Ashton Kutcher may no longer be the host of MTV series Punk'd, it seems that the star hasn't left his prankster ways in the past. During a New Year's vacation with his wife Mila Kunis, the lovebirds decided to play one big prank on the media and their fans, as they took to the beach to write a message in the sand alluding to the fact that they had become husband and wife over the holidays.
Kutcher posted a picture to his Facebook page making viewers think that he and Kunis finally tied the knot. In the photo, which was shared on New Year's Eve, Kutcher and Kunis wrote in the sand a message that read "Happy New Year" and then signed the beach message "The Kutchers."
But fans better not be so quick to break out the champagne to celebrate the marriage, as Radar Online is reporting that the two "have not gotten married yet." The site is reporting that the whole photo op was set up as a prank from Kutcher for his family and friends.
"Ashton loves fooling people and because they handle their own publicity, they are totally aware of how to manipulate the press," the insider told the site.
The pair has created engagement speculation over the last year, especially back in December when Mila was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her ring finger at the L.A. Lakers game.
The couple just welcomed baby girl Wyatt into the family three months ago and it seems that they are going to spend their time focusing on their baby and try for a wedding this summer.
"They want to focus on their daughter first and having it next summer seems logical," the source explained.
