The Lil Wayne vs. Cash Money Records saga continues...

But hopefully Weezy's highly-anticipated new album The Carter V experiences a quick and easy release in 2015, so the New Orleans emcee can officially reconcile with hip-hop boss Birdman. At least fellow rapper Rich Homie Quan thinks everything will eventually work-out within the "hostile" YMCMB family!

In a recent interview with Vlad TV, the Rich Gang superstar revealed:

"Me and Birdman talked about [Lil Wayne's] situation but I'm not going to put y'all onto their business or whatnot... We had words about it. Other than that we can't do nothing but move forward... I've got nothing but respect for Wayne he's still my big brother regardless. Bird's still my uncle regardless."

Pretty vague... perhaps the relationship between Weezy and the CM mogul continues faltering? What does that mean for the future of the "How To Love" crooner's upcoming record?

Well, at least SOME new music's coming soon! Quan also announced that he's working on a collaboration with Drake, and will be featured on Weezy's remix for "Grindin.'" The Atlanta native explains:

"Oh yeah, we've got a brand new remix coming out... Wayne got me on the "Grindin" remix. I have worked with Wayne, I have worked with Drake. I have yet to work with Nicki Minaj... Drake will be on my album."
