Now that Robert Pattinson is dating English songstress FKA Twigs, ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart is totally over such boyfriend drama!

She'd rather spend some fun-in-the-sun quality time with gal pal, Alicia Cargile.

According to the Daily Mail, 24-year-old K-Stew and her BFF were recently spotted vacationing together in Honolulu, Hawaii (January 1). Things got rather intimate... the two girls continuously held hands and cuddled-up on the beach.

Is the "Still Alice" beauty involved in another "secret" romance... this time with a woman?

Maybe Stewart just needed a break from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. The pair appeared to have a blast while frolicking around in the sand! What an awesome way to kick-off the 201 New Year.

Interestingly enough, the "Twilight" sweetheart did not flaunt a skimpy bikini. Instead, at one point she sported a bright red pair of boys' underwear! Odd, but looks extremely comfy!

Stewart made a lot of wardrobe changes throughout the trip, and she looks absolutely amazing. Apparently, she's enjoying the single life for now!

And maybe this "break" is just what the "Camp X-Ray" starlet needs. In a recent interview with USA Today, Stewart explains:

"I'm taking some time off because I've been working for two years... I'm an actor and that's my art form, and because I started that so young, I've always felt intimidated and insufficient when I think about other forms of art I want to create.... I'm going to take so much time off. I'm going to buy a live-work space in downtown L.A. and I'm going to make some [stuff] with my hands. Literally, I made that decision a few weeks ago... I'm making a short film. I'm making a bunch of stuff. I don't know how I'll put it out. But I'm not going to hold it so preciously close to me. I write all the time."
